Here's how to see if you have any casino cash available

I booked an Australia/NZ cruise plus a trans Pacific for 4/23 and was surprised when my TA told me, you still have a casino discount to apply.  We were both surprised because I had previously used them for a Baltic + TA and a Med + TA.  This is the 1st time I've ever been able to use them, most times they are for cruises I'm not interested in.

Lately, I have not been receiving any emails with casino offers, whether it's because of spam filters on my email client, or because they simply aren't sending any, but I have been finding that there was casino cash available for future bookings on Princess.com

Here's how to check:

1) Sign in to Princess.com

2) Click on "Future Cruise Credits"

3) Click on Onboard Credits

4) If there's an offer of casino cash available to you, you'll see it here

When booking, I simply tell my TA that I have some casino cash available and give him the "credit ID number" (blacked out far left)

Thanks for the info. Good to know.

Tony

This is exactly what we have to do.  If we just click on the email without being signed in first, it doesn't work.  And if I just sign in to the website without using the link in the email, it doesn't work that way either.  But if I go to the website and sign in first, then go to the email and click the link, it opens a new tab with me already signed in and that will allow me to search for cruises with the casino rate.

Interestingly, the email link I had been using just stopped working this morning.  It was supposed to expire on March 2, but it was still working and applying the discount up until today.

Another twist for me has been that when I call my PVA to book a cruise the rate comes up significantly less than the rate showing on the website.  I usually travel solo and the rate for a transatlantic with all of the perks was $700 less than what was showing as the casino rate on the website.  Nowadays if I like the rate on the website I know I will really like the rate when I call my PVA.
