Brandis Posted January 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted January 11, 2021 We'll be visiting Kennedy Space Center from Orlando during our stay in June. Being in the area, I'd love to watch a DCL ship sail out from Fishlips. According to the DCL itineraries, on the first day it only says "Aboard 3:45", does that mean they will sail out around 4:45? However, the port schedule on Crew Center says Disney ships depart at 3:45.
PelicanBill Posted January 11, 2021 #2 Share Posted January 11, 2021 Curious. Most cruise lines show their actual planned sailing time, with a notation that all passengers must be aboard 2 hours prior to sailing. My guess would be a 3:45 planned sail time. Cienfuegos Posted January 14, 2021 #4 Share Posted January 14, 2021 The Space Center visitor tour is a great experience. Exhibits, capsules, rockets, etc. However, the bus tours to the launch site, which is several miles away, have been suspended due to the Covid. No word on when they may resume https://www.kennedyspacecenter.com/explore-attractions/behind-the-gates/featured-attraction/kennedy-space-center-bus-tour
Brandis Posted January 19, 2021 Author #5 Share Posted January 19, 2021 Yeah, I know, but maybe by then they are back. Still plan on going, even if they don't run the bus tours.
