DCL departure times in June

We'll be visiting Kennedy Space Center from Orlando during our stay in June. Being in the area, I'd love to watch a DCL ship sail out from Fishlips. According to the DCL itineraries, on the first day it only says "Aboard 3:45", does that mean they will sail out around 4:45?

However, the port schedule on Crew Center says Disney ships depart at 3:45.

Eliminating any unforeseen delays, I would go with 345-4pm sail time.

The Space Center visitor tour is a great experience. Exhibits, capsules, rockets, etc.

However, the bus tours to the launch site, which is several miles away, have been suspended due to the Covid.  No word on when they may resume
