Turning 21 Onboard

We will be boarding on December 31st, and our daughter will turn 21 on January 1st.  Will she be able to purchase drinks after she's of age?  I checked the Carnival website, and it just talks about guests 21 and over, etc.  Thanks!

Yes. She might need to go to guest services to have the restriction removed.

Removing the restriction was such a hassle for me — both 18 on Carnival and 21 on Princess. The restriction in the casino was never lifted and I had to carry an ID for the entire cruise and required 2-3 people to approve any transactions each time. Princess just took a couple of tries but it was removed once someone knew how to do it properly.
