I've done business in Serbia and they are miles ahead of Canada vaccinating their population. A couple of weeks in Belgrade this summer sounds far preferable than waiting for the Canadian shots. 

 

Interesting idea. I wonder if the Serbians will accept non residents to gain access.  So far the system seems really clean in terms of implementation.
