nini Posted March 2, 2021 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2021 We have been in a forward facing balcony on the Regal. The balcony is enormous and yes, you have access basically, all of the time. It is not locked. I believe that a small part (on the side) is covered but the main part is not. The only negative for us, was the steel railing. So, if you want to see out, you will need to stand to do so. We prefer to be able to just kick back and see out. You can search for images of the Sky and look at those balconies. framer Posted March 2, 2021 #5 Share Posted March 2, 2021 (edited) I've stayed in M107 m108 on both thr Royal and Regal. They are ok but little privacy on the huge balcony. I prefer L107 or L108 it still a large balcony but totally private and covered on the side. They are all IMHO the best location on the ship unless you want a motionless cruise. framer Edited March 2, 2021 by framer add photo
jimbo1683 Posted September 21, 2021 #6 Share Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) The deck plan indicates that M107 and 108 balconies can only be used when in port. I've seen several reviews suggesting otherwise. What's the reality? Also do you know what the white space is on the deck plan between M107 and M109?
