What department did you email?

When I was trying to find out about a cancelled cruise, I got no response to the guestrelations@hollandamerica.com emails I sent, but heard back the next day when I emailed reservations_submit@hollandamerica.com.

I did sent them to

guestrelations@hollandamerica.com

 

But what different does it make? It is still one of their department.

I use the contact form on the website even though the options given are not what I am writing about.  I put in the first line - Please forward to the correct department

 

I always get a response within 48 hours, it was quicker before covid.
