Summer Caribbean restart

Is it wise to book a Caribbean cruise on Windstar this summer. We are looking at several factors. Windstar Caribbean does not sail in or out of a US port. Caribbean restarts in June. Is it wise at this point to book a caribbean cruise in July?  Tired of waiting for the cdc to give approval. Many other lines are bypassing the us for a restart in the Caribbean.

Hurricane season officially starts in June,  you’d be limited to ships tours only in order to go ashore and consider that a restart may not happen in July. Otherwise July in the Caribbean is fine. Warm and humid but fine.
