No, I was just quoting from the menu photo you posted. No harm meant.

Yeah I really am curious what the melted cheese is...that’s why I asked.

Finally!  This is one of the first things I seek out in Mexico....along with a margarita.

Does the resort have room service??

They do. I’m not sure what’s on the menu. Star class (not me) have an expanded menu.

All of it was great. I could do with or without the appetizers. But the chips and guac, steak tacos and flan..outstanding.

It looked like a great meal!  Glad you were able to get something that was cooked the way it should be.

Since this a new resort, they will probably improve in time and particularly with a fuller occupancy.    They still have to get over the learning curve.

So, I just checked airfare to Cancun from Detroit on Delta (where I have e-credits after cancelled cruises) - $812.39 round trip.

ouch!  I hope that's a non-stop flight at decent times.

I can get a non stop from cvg (Cincinnati) to cun (Cancun) roundtrip for $268 on frontier. I'll drive to Cincinnati to get a non stop flight.

Yes, but I’m not buying at that price. And that was the cheapest.

Do you have any other airports that aren't too far away that Delta serves?

I always check Cincinnati, Indianapolis, and Nashville for flights.  Louisville (SDF) has limited non stop flights.  And I usually try to fly with Southwest since I'm always getting points from the cc.

If you’re looking at A.I.s check the packages that include airfare. Cheap Caribbean. All inclusive outlet, etc.

I'm glad dinner was finally good because the food hadn't appeared to be amazing yet. Being in sun and on the beach cures a lot but if the food is average, that would be a big negative. Do you find yourself wanting more entertainment yet?

I think they had my ticket at $162. Then I added $150 in upgrades later.

Yeah, I can see that with Spirit. We try to fly Southwest just because I’m a girl who likes options and with 2 free bags, that can happen.
