Is AutoPay Option off?

When I book a cruise I always have my PVP set the account to automatically charge my Visa card on final payment date. Well I just found 1 more gift card and applied it to my August 15, 2021 cruise. I now owe $22.76. But then I get this email:

Has anyone gotten one of these? My PVP is off until Thursday.  (I sent her an email and she called to say she's on vacation until then so can't see my account / just my emails / will call me again then.) Final pymt date isn't supposed to be until the 16th so it should pay on the 15th. Is this much ado about nothing?

It's probably nothing to worry about. It's probably an automated response that's generated whenever somebody pays almost entirely but not entirely sometime near final payment date. They've probably had people who thought they paid it all but didn't. People do things like that. I'm sure when your PVP gets back she can set your mind at ease.
