Are Alaska Cruises running at reduced capacity??

The reason I'm asking here is that my PVP is off (again). I'm beginning to think they're working reduced hours. 

 

Anyway, wondering about the probability of upsells or upgrades

From what I've heard from my travel agent and from crew member friends that it will be running at 100% capacity
