Unvaccinated Due to Doctor's Advice - A Strategy?

Upthread, someone mentions countries which might be visited  during a cruise having differing requirements. It is a valid point. For example, entry to England ( I don't know about other nations of the UK), there is no mention whatsoever of vaccination. Requirements are a mix of negative test and quarantine. Even at the least restrictive level, the requirement is for evidence of a negative antigen or PCR test to be produced at the border. Other European countries have varying requirements which may make cruising the Mediterranean a tad tricky.

We are booked on three additional Oceania cruises for a total of 53 days.  We will cancel if the 100% vaccination requirement is lifted.  A covid outbreak could overwhelm a otherwise limited healthcare staff onboard.  They already have enough to deal with heart problems, outbreaks of the flu, norovirus and broken bones.  The ship would be limited with onshore hospitalizations and emergency medical care in many ports.  Lets keep things as safel as possible by good planning ahead of time!  Our lives could depend on it!
