Panorama, Long Beach, November fully vaccinated?

My understanding is that Carnival restrictions for 95% vaccinated is only in place to the end of October.   With final payment coming up in three weeks, can anyone provide input on the likelihood of it being extended?  It would be comforting to know if an extension is in the offing.

We would all be guessing and speculating since the only people to know for sure is Carnival.  My guess and speculation is that things will be vaccinated only (95%) with Carnival at least through the end of the year if not through spring time 2022.

Also, lots of people have reported that final payment has been extended upon request, so you should try that.

They told my ta no, for my sept cruise but others seem to have been able to. As everything else if you dont like the answer call back. My ta didnt want to keep fooling around and I paid on time.

It's fairly likely they'll continue as is, but they only decided on September & October last week, so it take them a while for them to transmit the good/bad news.

I will hold off on making final payment to the last moment in the hope that Carnival will provide reassurance by then that our November cruise will be at least 95% vaccinated passengers.  Otherwise I may forfeit the deposits.

It’s HIGHLY LIKELY the current safety protocols will remain the same for the rest of the year

It's all guesswork now, but as the covid cases are actively RISING now, I don't see them loosening up the rules.  I'm on the Panorama in November, too, and I'm hoping they stay at 95% vaccinated.  My gut tells me that they will, but I've been wrong before.

I have read about the vaccine protocols for other ships but am confused about the California sailings. Is the Panorama still supposed to be at least 95% vaccinated for October sailings? We are booked for 10/2 but if it isn't a vaccinated cruise I will not be going.
