When travel agency has gone under

Friends who were booked on a Mediterranean cruise that got cancelled last year, are struggling to make plans with their FCC because the travel agency -- the only one licensed by RCCG here in South Africa -- seems to have gone under. It's been many months since emails and phones were answered. Does anyone have an email address for Royal Caribbean that they can use so they can get assistance directly? Thanks in advance.

If they already have an FCC they don't need the original TA. They can book direct or with another TA.
