Casino insider deals

I booked my upcoming cruise on a casino insider deal I got around the beginning of June. It was a good rate and $300 in the casino and free drinks while in the casino. I booked on June 8 and did not see anything about that on the booking. I called and a rep told me to just ask on the ship when I got on and they would have it. 
Well today I called and was told they did not see that and I need the e mail to prove I should get that. I am so upset with them because I don’t have that e mail now and it looks like I’m out that offer. Anyone else receive this offer or had this issue ?  I’m booked on the eurodam on aug 15.

Shouldn’t Holland America have a record of this e mail they sent me?  That is the same one I got. I guess I deleted it by accident

I doubt it. Did you forward it to someone? If you did you may find it in your sent mail.

OP,  just because you deleted the email, it doesn’t mean it’s gone.

 

Unless your trash is set to automatically remove, it will be in the deletes unless you emptied your trash.  Good luck!

You can email the casino group and they'll confirm the offer your received.  I don't know that the normal HAL reps will see it when they look at your booking.  They should, but who knows?

Use the Verify Casino Offer link.  I usually add what I believe the offer was in the comments.  I confirmed my Eurodam offer a few weeks ago.  Emailed them on Thursday afternoon and had a response on Monday confirming the DOU and casino cash/chips.

Interesting problem?  Sounds like the "Casino Operator" becomes your TA?--so you would have to deal with them.  If all else fails; try getting back to HAL, and asking for a casino discount with the agent.  I usually get a fare discount, presumably for my HAL casino history🤔

Just a follow up. I did get my credit thanks to you all on this post. Thanks especially to Laminator and NCTribeman. I played with their money all week coming home with some also. Thanks again.

Casino Royal offers are sent by "PLAYCUS"  not HAL if you are searching through old offers to print the email and redeem once onboard.
