UK Contact Phone number for Princess

Have been trying to contact Princess on their UK 0344 3388663 this morning and the line rings but no reply. Sometimes it rings for 10 or so times and just stops or there is silence and no automated choices etc?

 

Has anyone got another contact number?

The phones for Princess/Cunard and P&O in Southampton have been having problems for a long time with not being answered and some people hanging on for a considerable time. They are blaming Covid but it has been an issue with Carnival UK and their poor IT/phone system for 2-3yrs.

Same here. On Saturday I was on hold for 1.5 hours trying to get through. Absolutely atrocious. On hold once again now. 😴

from the UK and rang the 0344 3388663 number at about 9pm ( 21:00 )

UK time and the call was answered fairly quickly by a team member.

When I asked the lady who had an American accent her location, she said she was in Los Angeles. So it might possibly be easier to ring an hour before 10pm deadline that's mentioned in contacts.

Thanks for that - we phoned at 21:15 and got through to a very helpful lady in the US too. Tried getting through on 3 separate occasions in the morning and got nowhere so that's the way to go folks!

Try 0344 338 8661  extension 2013.  Ask to speak to Jamie if he is not there he will phone you back or speak to whoever answers.   Phone 10.30 to 16.00.
