I booked a cruise May 2022.for the Greek Islands. There was nothing said about not being able to travel. My husband and I both had our Pfizer shots. I tried contacting Royal Caribbean but its a nightmare to get anyone on the phone or email or twitter.

May is a long way off with things changing by the hour.  Keep your plans, book refundable hotels and flights.  Don't start worrying until the new year when final payment is looming.  Keep your eye on key indicators like infection rates and country specific travel restrictions.
