Another Covid Testing ?

Please excuse me if these questions have been answered a million times as I most recently cruised with NCL ... who did the rapid test on embarkation day.

 

1. CVS offers the "Rapid-result test (antigen)" ... is this an acceptable test for Celebrity?

 

2. If Saturday is embarkation day ... I can get the test on the preceding Wednesday, Thursday or Friday ?

If embarkation is Saturday you can get tested on Wednesday.

you can also find the info on which ports require ship excursions and which are DYI, mask requirements, etc

if you go to the Celebrity home page there is a link at the top blue bar near “View Health and Travel requirements”.  This is updated regularly as conditions change.

Celebrity UK put the following table on their web site at the beginning of July, due to the confusion of the testing 72 hr requirement. In some places it said before boarding and some before sailing.

Although it is now out of date, you can work out the pattern.
