When do luggage labels become available online?

Hi Everyone,

We set sail on Silhouette next Saturday 11th sept and our luggage labels are still showing as pending and we can not yet print at home, any ideas when these become available to print?

I would consider calling Celebrity. They may get to you before you leave home. Otherwise they have temp tags dockside where you drop your bags.

I contacted Celebrity Captain’s Club FB site. Jack or Sam should be able to make them ‘live’ so you can print them out.

We sail October 2nd and ours are available as of today.

We are on the summit 9/30 sailing. Luggage tags and documents are still not available.

If they are like Royal, don't wait for an e-mail. Just keep checking the web site. That's how I found out about my docs and tags.

I had a similar issue on my August 7th cruise.  Turns out there was a glitch in my reservation.  Took about fifteen minutes to fix.  Definitely call customer service.

one quick  call to celebrity had it all sorted and tickets and luggage labels available the morning after

We are on the 9/25 Summit sailing and still no eDocs or luggage tags! Someone in their IT department is really screwing up on getting eDocs out for anything Summit!

We are on the 9/30 sailing. I just called today and the rep I spoke to had to put me on hold for about 10 minutes so IT could figure out the issue. All set now but I suggest calling.

Two days ago I was told they were redoing the Summit protocols for Florida in the eDocs! They weren’t sure when they would be available!

Jokingly I said hope they don’t come out after cruise is over!

Thanks, I will call tomorrow since we hit the road slowly making our way to Miami with various stops along the way!😃
