Allure OTS and wind jammer

Did a quick search but found nothing specific.

Question:  What is the current sttus for Allure OTS for the Wind Jammer?  Is it open?  is so what hours?  If not, will it opne whne the passengar percentage get higher?  (What is the factual trigger %)

Any other restaurants NOT open due to low passenger count?

Looking for current status and likelihoods for early November...

According to Richard Fain Windjammer will resume dinner operations  at 50% capacity.

Just got off Allure of the Seas on Sunday from a 7 day cruise. The windjammer is open for breakfast and lunch when we were on it but not for dinner. There were 1, 895 passengers but were suppose to have just a few more.  We heard there would be 1,000 more passengers on the ship this week if all went well. Until the ship sails with more passengers, the windjammer will not be open for dinner.

On Allure right now with 2300 passengers. Windjammer is not open for dinner.

The RCI app should list that - look at any close in sailing.
