Taxi to Covid Test close to Disney World Hotel

I will be staying at the Contemporary Hotel prior to my Royal Caribbean cruise. I would like to ask where is  the closest Walgreens to the hotel? I will not have a car. Would you know how much for a taxi to take me, wait for me to do the test and drive me back to the hotel?

Uber will be cheaper. From the Contemporary, you are probably looking at a 15-20 minute drive. I am not sure if things have changed, but my experience was that rapid testing was a pain to get in July.

I would make sure you're even able to really get one. I live here and they are few and far between now at Drug Stores.

You need to make a reservation for the test at either Walgreens or CVS.  Walgreens only loads a few days prior where CVS does 13 days prior. As the other poster said, appointments are always available. 

 

The only issue is you will need the Uber driver to take you through the drive through for either of those options as they are drive through only.  Since it’s not a drop off, they may not be willing to sit however long the line is so taxi may be the better option.  

 

Another option would be to order one of the monitored covid tests.
