OBC…differences between refundable and non refundable?

I know that some OBC is refundable and some is not. Does anyone know how to tell? In our case we have 600 from cancelled cruise (I know this is non refundable ), 50 from casino promotion, 100 from having CCL shares and 600 from a price drop made after final payment. Would all of this be non refundable ?

I believe yes.  So it looks like all specialty dining, Cheers and a gift for the wife could be in your future.

The $600 OBC from a price drop is refundable.  It is ( essentially) an overpayment.  Carnival does a good job of using the non-refundable OBC first automatically.
