Latitudes rewards question

Does NCL upgrade you to the next tier if it happens while you are on a cruise?

Points are given after a cruise, not during.  So no, unless you are on a B2B, in which case you should be upgraded for the 2nd cruise.

I agree with Julig22, you get the points after the cruise. I have had to wait up to two days after for them to show up on my account.

If you are on a B2B go to see the Latitudes Rep to ensure you are updated if you get that way between the two cruises.

This is interesting. My husband and I have been cruising with NCL together so we have the same number of points. A few years back, I remember reading that if you are turning from one tier to another on a cruise they will allow benefits of the higher tier. Well, NCL found multiple latitude account numbers under  my husband’s name and merged the accounts but did not add the points. When we called recently to correct, they matched my points, but he is silver and I am bronze. We are 2 points away from silver status.

NO
