Symphony of the Seas, What's the reason prices go up Drastically for cruises June 2022 to April 2023

Prices really jump from June 2022 to April 2023 compared to present cruises until June 2022. Anyone have a guess why the prices are so different for those time's of the year on Symphony ?

Last time saw something like this there was a ship redeployment, I'm afraid to book for March 2023 for fear we may not be getting the ship we really think we are booking.

Summer cruises are typically WAY more expensive due to school being out / families being available to vacation.

Current cruises are having to woo people back to cruising in the time of COVID, so amazing deals are available.

 

RCI is probably crossing their fingers that the CDC will back off a year from now and they won't have all the COVID protocols that are scaring away people right now.

Summertime to be sure. When our kids were younger, we sometimes took them out of school a few days early, just to avoid the price increase.
