App won't let me take security pic

I have closed the app completely and started fresh and none of the selections to take a security picture work. I cannot upload nor take a new picture or even use the X2 get out of the screen

If you have no luck, they will easily take your picture at check-in.

Mine was uploaded and within the box and accepted but the agent didn't particularly like it and redid it.

Thankfully my girlfriend's phone worked but even after updating the app and turning all permissions on even for my contacts that microphone it will not let me take a picture or even upload one. Very strange. The main reason I was worried about the picture is it would not let me hit save to choose a boarding time

you can have your pic taken at the pier no problem

I had the same issues couldn’t upload my pic via the app or website using my cel phone. I was finally able to upload pic through the website using my iPad.

Hoping that [problem was fixed by now.  could you print out your edocs without pictures, months ago had online chat person tell me we would be denied boarding if we didn't get pictures loaded, urggh.  had to cancel that cruise but have another in January
