Sent a third request to Princess for our shareholders credit. Maybe it will be third time lucky as I actually got an acknowledgement this time.

Do they have any admin staff at Princess in the UK these days?

They usually, at least in the US, do not acknowledge receipt. It usually shows up in your booking summary 1 to 2 weeks after submission.

3rd request worked, got actioned at 0530 GMT so am assuming actioned in the US and first 2 requests disappeared into the Princess UK black hole. All sorted now.

Got mine in a bit late.

Emailed yesterday for July 9 & 16 B2B.

(did same for B2B in Aug on NCL...was done by this morning).

I've heard some get it this late & others not...we shall see...
