Specialty Dining Cost

It has been a few years since we have sailed on Holland America.  What is the current surcharge for the specialty restaurants (Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto. Tamarind & Sel De Mer)?

For our upcoming cruise they are listed, per person, as follows:

 

Canaletto - $22.40 - Dinner

Pinnacle Grill - $46.00 - Dinner

Rudi's Sel de Mer - $47.20 - Dinner

Tamarind - $34.20 - Dinner

I think those prices are including the new 18% gratuity.

Pinnacle $39 + 18%= 46.02

Canaletto $19 + 18%= 22.42

Tamarand $29 + 18%= 34.22

Oh now that finally makes sense. Thank you. I wondered how they raised the price that much and then added an 18% gratuity. We have always left a gratuity in the past.
