Sports bar open during boading on Summit?

Big game (for us) starts at 12PM on departure day.  Summit check in starts at 12 and we will be there then.  Any recommendations (Michael's open?) for catching the game?  Thanks in advance

If you are still in port chances are it could be on the tv in your cabin. 
 

The Sports Bar should be open as most are at that time.   Sometimes you have to ask the BT to change the channel and they usually will unless others are watching some other game.   The other is they may not subscribe to the channel it is on. 

 

I asked the BT in the Sports Bar on the Edge if he could change the channel.  He did.  I think others were “watching” some other game and they never noticed.  I think it also helped that there were a lot of others that wanted the game I asked for.  This was during March Madness

Michael’s is not a sports bar and unless you are in a suite you won’t be allowed in there.

On the Summit, the TV's at the casino bar are tuned to "sports stations".  However, the casino is not open during embarkation and the casino bar is closed until the casino opens.

What was Michael's on Summit now is the Retreat Lounge. There are three TVs in there, but they were all on either the nav map or a Celebrity ad. If you have access, you might see if they can put something else on. I never asked. 

 

Other than that, you're pretty much down to what's in your room (although it may not be ready at noon) or a personal streaming option (with earbuds, of course 😉).
