Trade $100 shore excursion credit for crew incentive?

My wife and I are booked on the Niew Statendam for a 7day Eastern Caribbean cruise with the “Have it All” promotion. We have little interest in any shore excursions. Has anyone tried to change the SE credit for crew incentive or anything else successfully?

I'd like to try & do this with our SE credits as well.

I don’t think the shore excursion credit is equivalent to the crew incentive. 😉  And the crew incentive was a much better perk IMO.

 

My understanding was that it wasn’t when I inquired.  I bypassed the HIA on our next cruise and took the Advantage fare.  I can buy what I need in OBC, etc.  I would not get the money’s worth offered on that cruise for shore excursions even though I booked one (it’s a longer cruise 😉)
