Elite + travelling with first time cruiser

yes she can attend any elite event. If you see the CC host they will get a new room card made that says elite. No other benefits will be attached to the card so basically it is a door pass for events.

 I did the same with my daughter.

Yes if you are sharing a cabin. If not, she can’t join you.
