I agree...at this stage of my life, I don't need to accumulate any more "stuff", and certainly don't have room to jam it in my luggage.   And no one back home really wants the "stuff", either.😉.

 

That said, some other lines offer more useful (and valuable) prizes than what RCI does...

Despite some of the anti social commentary here, I still say asking to join a group can make new friends. If I am ever on a cruise with you, I will happily allow you to join us. 
Winning can be fun but as they say, the journey is the destination.

Generally go solo and almost always attend the trivia games. Great way to meet others and chat for a brief while.

All on different cruise lines. Let me know if you are on any of these journeys!

I have traveled as a solo before and I just go join a team. Everyone is always happy to have others join. It's a great way to meet people.
