What time does Cruise Terminal COVID Testing begin (Encore/Miami)?

I know you can't sign up until 21 day mark, but curious as to what time earliest testing is on Encore sailings out of Miami.

When I sailed on Gem late September, testing began at 9:00 a.m.

If you are traveling next week, you should have a time to arrive at the port that you accepted already.

If you are cruising before January 17th 2022 do you need to get tested 2 days before your cruise or just at the pier? We are traveling out of town 3 days before our cruise embarks. It would be tricky to find somewhere to test being out of town. Thank you for any tips and information!
