Does anyone know if HAL still have the program where they will award you with extra SBC if you book within 3 months of your last cruise?

Yes, "Welcome Back" is what it's called (here anyway)...Our PCC added it to our first booking after returning from the Eurodam.

Here are the details from the email we got after our Rotterdam cruise last month....We disembarked 11/3 and the benefit is good if we book by 1/11/22....It's enough of a carrot to get us to board a 'dam ship again...as long as it's a no "rag on your face" required cruise!

Just spoke to our PCC today about the Black Friday Sale. As it turns out, the two cruises for 2023 that we wanted to book with him are not included in the sale promo. But we are booking them on our cruise in 1-1/2 weeks. 

 

He explained that the SBC is greater while still on the ship than after disembarking. Sort of "A bird in the hand..." This was a change after going through the shutdown according to him. The Onboard Cruise Consultant is able to offer more perks than the PCC within the 90 days.
