WOW all you people on Serenade are the lucky ones having the wonderful Jamie Fentiman as your CD.  I didn't know he had returned until recently, he was our CD on Voyager in 2017 and he is the absolute BEST.   Wish he would come back to the ships out of Australia.  The guy we had on Ovation in November was very notable by his absence!!!!

In my opinion, anyone would be better than Orlando Cruz Garcia! 

 

In all my years cruising he was the most disappointing CD ever.  Lack of presence around the ship, often late for events, lack of organisation with events being double booked in the same venue or just lack of events altogether and, to me, his lack of experience and he was totally out of his depth.  The Entertainment Team had to step in on numerous occasions to save the day in the 3 weeks I was aboard.

 

I know everyone has to start somewhere but he definately needed more support before being left on his own.
