We had one on the Regal in September. They also supplied the plug convertor which was new to me.

We were in the same cabin and steward for our seven day cruise in October and the November transatlantic. It was taken out for the TA, but our steward put one back when we asked.

We had the same experience on a cruise around Australia followed by a transpacific.  There were kettles in the cabin around OZ but they disappeared for the transpacific.  Funny how they are "dangerous heat producing devices" everywhere else, but not the UK or Australia.

billco, did your steward also keep your kettle stocked with supplies?
