WRONG COUNTRY????

Have been trying to log into my MSC account to verify booking of a cruise for next year.  Get the error that I am logging in from the wrong country?  I'm in the US and have only sailed with them from the US.  The TA I use is also in the US.

Any gurus out there have any constructive wise words of wisdom how to get this fixed without being on hold for hours?

Don't think it will affect you BUT if your Voyager Club was registered in another Country and you then try to access the website for a different Country to that registration, then it can throw a wobbly lol

I enrolled as US from the US.  I do remember that I logged in while on vacation in Mexico maybe 1 1/2 years ago.  Would that log in screw things up???

Open up a private window or incognito tab and retry.

You can also try to clear your cache or browser history

Didn't help.  BTW - this is a new computer - has never been logged into MSC before.

Anyone have a number/email for tech support rather than the general reservation number?

It really sounds like the new computer setting is showing you someplace other than the US. Did you check the settings?

Can you log into the mscusa site on your phone or tablet?

Funniest MSC post I've ever read!😃 It almost read to me like you believe that MSC has an understanding of the concept of tech support, let alone actually has a "tech department!"  Cracked me up!🤣

Probably not this, but just to double check: are you connecting to msccruiseusa.com or msccruises.com? It should be the first, not the second.

Always good to double check - when you don't have the usa in the title it adds it and goes anyway, but good though.  Also confirms my silicon slave knows where it is on the planet.
