Managing your cruise

Hi all. Royal newbie. Sail mostly with Celebrity. 
Booked a cruise on Harmony. It’s listed as a guaranty cabin, with cabin # not listed yet.  However, I am unable to update info such as contact info, passport info, credit card info, emergency contact info, etc. Plus, wanting to check on a possible move up availability. Site will allow me to make any onboard purchases such as beverage pkg, dining pkg, shore excursions, etc. 

Any idea why I cannot make updates to my reservation?

How long before your cruise?? Just a couple days ago we were able to enter all check in info for our cruise for the end of January.  Maybe your check in time is not available yet!!

That may be the case. Cruise isn’t until February. I’m just used to being able to do all my updates right away as soon as the cruise is booked. It may be different with Royal. And, may also be that a cabin hasn’t been assigned.

We have a cruise booked for February and can not check in yet. I think the date was changed to 30 days out.

Check in time is 45 days prior to your sail date for both online and/or the app.

If you go into Royal App it will tell you when your check in date will be for your cruise. You see the date you need to click on the icon on the top right next to the calendar, the check in link at the bottom will not open and show you the date.
