Lunch in the MDR?

Never had lunch in the MDR, but thinking I may want to limit my time in the WJ on our cruise next week. Curious what they offer? Is it a different menu selection each day?

The menu is basically a smaller version of the dinner menu.  Daily specials and everyday items.

 

Note that the MDR is only open for lunch on sea* days, although that could change. 

 

* On our Anthem cruise earlier this month the MDR was also open when our scheduled port arrival time was after lunch started.

The MDR breakfast, lunch and dinner menus should be available in the Royal app. I can view them for our May 2022 cruise on Harmony.

Another option in the MDR pre covid shut down was the Tutti salad bar along with the lunch menu. They build the salad for you from items you select. Hopefully currently it's still being offered.

Tutti has not been offered since the restart.  😞

They will build you a salad in the WJ for lunch. Better than nothing if you want a salad.

We usually took advantage of the dining room for lunch when it was available . 

Always a pleasant experience . Liked the salad bar very much.
