Does anyone get Cruise Vacation Receipts anymore? How do you get one?

The PDF that shows all the details every time you make a payment, apply FCC, change anything with your stateroom, etc.  Royal stopped sending them sometime in 2020 and now I'm wondering 1) if anyone else is still receiving them? and 2) how can I get them?

My experience has been that if you book the cruise yourself on Royal's website you will only get a "no details" receipt for your deposit.  But, if you CALL Royal and book over the phone you will get the usual detailed acknowledgement.  This has been discussed several times on recent threads and others have had the same experience.  You can call and request one.

I always book with RC by phone and ask for the receipt if they haven't already sent it before the end of the call.

This is the way i book also and always get an email shortly after the call.
