Onboard Internet

Hello. I pre purchased the wifi. Do I have to do anything to activate it or will it just appear under my networks when I board? Also, will I use the Royal Caribbean app to book activities that I cannot book pre-cruise? (Shows & onboard acitivites)

The log-in information for the wifi should be in your stateroom when you board.

I have yet to be on a ship with the app but am told the moment you board it will be active to book shows and activities.

Should be an IT help kiosk after you board where they can help you get signed in.

When you go to login there’s a prompt to activate your purchase - there’s probably nothing in your cabin about this. Yes, use the app to book things once on board.

As Pinnacle, we always get a log in info sheet in the cabin. But I'm usually logged in before cabins available

Here are the instructions we received from the concierge on Symphony.

 

1. On your device, use Airplane Mode ON to avoid roaming charges, turn on your Wi-Fi and connect to the ship Network “WiFi-Guest-Symphony”.

2. Wait until the login pop-up to appear then click “Access Internet”.*

*If there is no pop up, open your browser (i.e. Safari, chrome etc.) and type “login.com” in the address bar to be redirected to the login page.

3. Click “Create an Internet Account” to create your account. Enter your information

4. Click “Activate Wi-Fi”. You will not be charged for this activation since your prepaid package will be selected by default on the menu button with a $0 charge
