Key and boarding time delayed

We have the Key for our sailing today. Boarding time was originally set for 11:00 but we received 2 hour delay email a week ago. I just received message from Royal that said see you between 11:00 and 11:30. I thought we would be delayed boarding also by the 2 hours. Is this an error message or are Key subscribers allowed to still get on early?

Since you have Key, most likely they will take you as soon as the ship is available to board. Arriving between11:30am and Noon should be fine for you.

Is The Key back to original concept, or still substituting free room service in place of reserved seating and boarding day lunch?

When I spoke with RCCL yesterday they said there would be the Chops lunch but in the main dining room.
