I received emails about completing the post cruise survey on 1/2/22, 1/4/22, and 1/6/22. I went to complete the survey today and received "We're sorry. The survey to which you were invited has expired.". Never once in any of the emails did it say I had to complete the questionnaire within a specific number of days. Unfortunate. That happened to me while on a b2b cruise. I did not do the first survey while on second cruise and found it was too late. LeeW Posted January 9, 2022 #5 Share Posted January 9, 2022 These surveys always expire in 7 days. And yes it is tough if you are on B2B. Headwaiter told us that they actually read all the reports after 1 day to see who did well or needs more supervision.
