culinary classes on Riviera...is wine included?

We have participated in cooking classes on other cruise lines. Some provided wine as we cooked. And others charged for wines. What is the practice on Oceania?

in the classes we took they did have wine 

in one was a special cocktail

But the current format – adopted only after fruitless CDC negotiations – has Chef Steph doing all the cooking and the passengers only watching – no tasting! – but also no charge for the program.  It has been very well received and they are planning to introduce this format [maybe with tasting at the end, when allowed] on the Oceania R-ships.

This was my experience as well on the 17 November transatlantic Riviera. As soon as we entered CDC jurisdiction, they told Riviera to shut down all the culinary classes. 😷

We took classes as recently as October 2021on Riviera and they served wine and/or a cocktail. And some people also chose to bring their own glass of wine in at the beginning of the program. We were in the Med so were able to have the full interactive, cooking experience as in the past.
