Chops.  There was a menu update on 12/1.  So some of your favorites might no longer be there. I miss the mushroom truffle soup!

Next time, try to get the Bone In Ribeye, Would love to see what it looks like now, But from other pics you have taken you may not be that fond of meat.

We had a lot of meat on the APEX so trying to switch it up a bit!

For the cost of eggs no wounder every owns a few chickens, also, has there been top tier events?  When you were in the terminal staying dry were there any air planes taking off or landing?  Wow, downtown looked like a goats town.

Yes.  All top tier events are a go!  This felt like a very normal cruise (as close to normal as you can get during Covid)

 

I wanted to catch one but no.  Did not see one!

 

Downtown was very empty compared to previous visit in December!

Day 5 St.Maarten.

 

Again another late start… lazy day but we will make it off the ship eventually lol.  We will be touring on our own today and walk into town to “taste” guava berry liquor and visit the boardwalk at Great Bay.  We have done the Pine Island tour, snorkeling tour, and watching the plane at Maho Beach.  Great things to see and do but we don’t feel the need to do it again and again !  Plus walking burns off the calories from the cheesecake last night 😂
