"Have it all" package....what's not included...?

On page 2 of your Guest Booking Confirmation you should have something like the below that show all the promos you are receiving, This is from our confirmation for our Oosterdam cruise in August, when we booked the promo offered Pre-Paid Gratuities which I do not believe are offered now. We got the premium internet while only basic is now included.

Thanks Mosaic, appreciate the reply. The issue I have is they seemed to have changed the HIA details for our upcoming cruise around Australia from what was offered on the 2021 canceled cruise even though we have a letter from the CEO saying all HIA perks would be retained. I’m sure we will sort it. 😃
