Balance After Final Payment

I booked yesterday morning for a March cruise.  Made all payments on line and showed a 0 balance.  This AM the cost of my cruise is up by 190. and it states I owe 190.  Before I call and wait on hold forever, has anyone else had an issue like this?

Sounds like possibly prepaid/included gratuities are still hanging on. It will fall off in a few days.

The same thing just happened to us as well for a cruise I booked last night so I called. It is indeed the gratuities that have been charged, but not credited yet. I was told it'll disappear in a few days.

I've had that happen before also.   I just had my agent remove the ppd gratuities as I wanted them to be taken out of my OBC on board.    No problem and received a corrected invoice the next day.
