Green lane for departure but...need medallion?

Hi All!  Very excited to be boarding the Regal tomorrow for our first post pandemic cruise!

 

We have the green lane  with  group A -Yea 🙂  but do not have our medallions- 😞 boo. Can anyone tell me how we deal with that at check in? Is there any expedited lane just to obtain medallion or do we have to get in line with others that do not have Green lane status?

One of our party of four did not have hers and it wasn't an issue. Took an extra minute for them to get her one at check in.

Good to know......So they do not sort you out of the "green lane" if you do not have the medallion?  You still follow the signs for "green line"?

There is a table/check-in counter after you check in to pick up your medallion.

I did not not have my medallion as well and had Green/A lane.

 

1. Security
2. Check in 1: They check your passport/vaccine/covid test and retake your picture (if required). i.e. if your face is too far away.
3. Check-in 2: (if required): You pick up your medallion
4. Waiting Area (if required)
5. Board ship
