Ft.Lauderdale hotel..."Four Points by Sheraton" questions...

Does anyone know if there is a convenience store or supermarket near this hotel? We want to stock up on some cabin room provisions before boarding our cruise at the Ft. Lauderdale cruise terminal. Also, does anyone know if  this hotel provides a shuttle to the cruise terminal?

Perhaps best to call the hotel for both questions.

There is a CVS right next door and a Publix about 3 short blocks away. Pretty sure they have a shuttle service, they did 5 years ago. It is used mostly by cruisers.

We've stayed there a few times....CVS right next door....lots of snack foods.  Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.  There is a shuttle, but there is a charge.  Need to reserve spots when you check in.

Do you know the cost per person for the shuttle? Staying at the Four Points next January before our cruise.

I contacted the hotel and the charge from the hotel to the port is $15 per person.

A taxi (sedan or van) will cost about that much in total not per person.  Uber/Lyft may be even a little cheaper.  With those options you depart on your schedule and are taken directly to your terminal.  Hotel shuttles can stop at multiple terminals.

Best to call the hotel directly (not the corporate 800 number).

I called the hotel and they have a FREE shuttle from FLL airport to their hotel. You have to call the hotel after you get your bags and they will tell you where to wait for them and they will dispatch the shuttle to you.

There are two Sheratons in Fort Lauderdale.

Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port is the one people are referring to.

 

There is also Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach.  This one is a wee bit closer to the airport and a wee bit cheaper.  There is lots of food options here but no CVS or the like.
