We are sailing in May from Vancouver and still see that listed on Celebrity.  Although I did read several articles in the past few days that Canada's cruise ship requirements are tougher than the CDC's so it wouldn't shock me if the cruise lines bypass Canada again.

There is a July 31 sailing on the Eclipse, but it’s still available for purchase on the Celebrity website……it is a Sunday tho, so yes, I think this is an old email. My heart stopped for a minute.
