Flights from MCO

Is 12:15 doable with a private shuttle to the airport and self assist off the ship?

Id love to book later ideally, but the options for later in the day consist of multiple stops and very late arrival times at our final destination.

In November we had a 12:30 flight from MCO the day we got off the ship at Port Canaveral.  We walked off with our luggage and were at the airport with plenty of time to spare...And  we were there even in a time for fretting me

We have an 11:39am flight from MCO after our Port Canaveral arrival. Our private shuttle company is picking the 6 of us up at 8:00am and has assured me we'll be fine. Fingers crossed. But I'm not going to stress about it.

My cousin who lives and works in Orlando has advised us that she thinks 12:15 is fine. She said she thought the 11am was so-able too just depends on the airline you use. She said some of the budget airlines are traveled heavier by families leaving Disney and back up pretty significantly on Saturdays.
